Early in his medical career, Dr. Minotti saw too many patients facing surgery or taking long-term medications. He chose a different route through Regenerative Orthopedics, therapies that offer alternatives to surgery and medication by treating the root cause of pain rather than masking symptoms. What sets him apart is his individualized approach to care. By integrating osteopathic principles with the science of regenerative medicine, he develops personalized treatment plans tailored to the patient’s specific condition.

Dr. Minotti is a leader in the field of Regenerative Medicine. He holds numerous certifications from the Interventional Orthopedics Foundation and is part of the Regenexx global network, comprised of select, highly skilled physicians with specialized expertise in interventional procedures for orthopedic conditions. 

Dr. Minotti has devoted his professional career to being at the forefront of Regenerative Orthopedics and musculoskeletal care. With over 20 years experience as a Neuromusculoskeletal Specialist, he provides patients with a tailored approach to managing joint pain, injuries, and osteoarthritis. He has lived in Southlake for over 18 years and is honored to have been voted multiple times by Dallas Fort Worth area physicians and patients as Best Regenerative Medicine Specialists. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.

Significant difference in my strength after the treatment!! I wasn't sure how much difference the prp could make, but I thought worth a try. I would have been pleased with half the improvement I received. I'm amazed at the difference 8 weeks after treatment.
